Quite predictable I'm afraid!

1. Avenue Q - breath of fresh air
2. Billy Elliot - does it need a reason?
3. Guys and Dolls - seen it with each cast, and it's remained strong throughout.
4. Mamma Mia!
5. Sunday in the Park with George - exquisitely presented production goes to show the strengths of London's 'fringe'

How can you be bored if an actor in a production that impressive?? (The lion king)

1, Evita was amazingly done and loved the difference between this one and the old one!
2, The Pahntom of the Opera just was amazing seemed as if you where on a roller coaster
2, The lion king was amazing the way they have adapted the film to the stage was superb!
3, The Producers laughed through out it!
4, the woman in white if it was still on was excellent

Wont write a 5th as seeing Billy Elliot in August so that would probably be one of my favourite ones as well after viewing!

In no order:

Avenue Q
Sunday in the Park with George
Les Mis - an oldie, but a goodie re: What's your Top 5 favorite Shows on in London?
Blood Brothers
Guys and Dolls

I'm anticipating The Last 5 Years to be added to that list shortly! re: What's your Top 5 favorite Shows on in London?

So far I have only seen 3 shows in london re: What's your Top 5 favorite Shows on in London?

They are (in order)
1. Blood Brothers - Loved the music, amazing story, perfect show.
2. We Will Rock You - Fan of queen anyway and i thought this show was brill.
3. Phantom of the Opera - Enjoyed the show but the seats really spoiled it for me (Balcony Row A - Extremely cramped and vertical view of the stage).

Ive also seen Joseph but not on broadway.

Going to London again in London again in October and have tickets for Mary Poppins and Wicked. Also been told I can see another two shows at least, possibly 5 (Ideal would be to add Spamalot, Avenue Q and WWRY again).

Also gonna see Cats, Chicago, Guys and Dolls, Joseph and Blood brothers at my local theatre in the next 6 month.

Sunday in the Park with George.

There is no other musical in London that could even touch it.

1. Sunday in the Park with George - first act is outstanding
2. Guys and Dolls - A real surprise but what a gem !!
3. Mamma Mia - A feel good show with a great party atmosphere
4. Les Miserables - It's still worthy of an annual fix
5. Lion King - It's the circle of life that does it re: What's your Top 5 favorite Shows on in London?

My top 5? What a question!!

1) Avenue Q - as we all said, an exciting breath of fresh air!
2) Mary Poppins - good fun + lovely.
3) Footloose - how could I not!
4) Guys and Dolls - its solid enough for a funish night.
5) Sinatra - crap, but the music is great.

1. CHICAGO - so classy and ironic and sarcastic. Brilliant show!
2. AVENUE Q - so much fun! And a show with a heart.
3. THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA - a classic.
4. EVITA - this has never been my favorite musical but the new revival is really good.

Since last night, I have to place another show right near the top of my favourite shows currently in London - THE LAST FIVE YEARS at the Menier Chocolate Factory. It's only in previews and it's already great!

1. Les Mis or Billy Elliot
2. Whichever of the two above doesn't get first
3. Mary Poppins
4. Not sure, too much to choose from
5. See 4.

I suppose Wicked would be in there at 4, but then again it's not on yet and I might prefer something else on another day. I'm not sure why, but I got pretty depressed for about a month after seeing Wicked in New York in December, but I don't think it was to blame.
The rain we knew is a thing of the past -
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.

Hard to choose but i have tried:
1) Avenue Q - The soundtrack was amazing, the show is 10 times better
2) Blue Man Group - Never had so much fun in a theatre
3) Les Miserables - It gets me every time (though i prefer the 'school' productions)
4) Blood Brothers - Too emotional
5) The Phantom of the Opera - I want to see it in good seats next time :)

The Woman in White would be at the top but i guess it doesn't count
