WALKING EACH OTHER HOME to be Presented at Old Red Lion Theatre
Tim Graves' play, directed by Jason Marc-Williams, stars Amrik Tumber, Edward Fisher, and Christopher Poke.
Following the four-week run of Among Angels at The Courtyard Theatre, Hoxton in 2019, Seraphim Theatre Company will present Walking Each Other Home at the Old Red Lion Theatre.
Due to a family crisis, Michael, a gay middle-aged digital nomad, returns home from Peru to visit his homophobic father, Frank. Only Frank is now suffering from early-stage dementia and being cared for by Sandeep - a young, mysterious gay Sikh man. As for Michael - he's struggling to process unresolved childhood trauma after an overwhelmingly intense ayahuasca ceremony in the Amazon jungle... The audience is invited to view this spiritual piece of work through three unique lenses: Frank's Alzheimer's. Michael's love of Amazonian shamanism. And Sandeep's Sikh faith.
Performances will run from Tuesday 28th April - Saturday 16th May 2026. The cast features Amrik Tumber as Sandeep, Edward Fisher as Michael, ad Christopher Poke as Frank.
