Washington, D.C. is a city built on monuments, towering tributes to history, power, ambition, and the occasional poorly managed construction project.
On Tuesday, September 15 at 7:30 p.m., Bad Medicine returns to the DC Improv Comedy Club with A Monument to Comedy, a brand-new hour of sketch comedy taking aim at the people, institutions, landmarks, and ideas that have become larger than life. From crumbling infrastructure and political history to institutions and everyday absurdities, nothing is too sacred or too structurally unsound.
Come celebrate the grandeur, the legacy, and the potholes beneath it all. Bad Medicine is building A Monument to Comedy and unlike most projects in the District, this one might actually be finished on time.

About Director Sean Robinson Originally from Ridgefield, Connecticut, Sean Robinson joined Bad Medicine in 2016. Raised on All That, MADtv, Saturday Night Live, and In Living Color, Sean brings a playful and gleefully inappropriate sensibility to the show, helping shape its satirical look at the people, places, and institutions we build larger than life.
