Nina Arianda Joins Cheyenne Jackson in MUSIC OF THE MAD MEN ERA at Kennedy Center Tonight

By:

Television, Stage and Recording star Cheyenne Jackson previously announced that his friend, Tony Award winning actress Nina Arianda, would join him on New Year's Eve as special guest when he performs "Music of the Mad Men Era" with members of the National Symphony Orchestra.

The program will take place at 8;30 pm tonight, December 31st, 2012 in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall in Washington, DC.

The evening, which MR. Jackson performed at Carnegie Hall last year, showcases the sounds of the '50's and '60's including dance tunes, lounge music and bossa nova beats.

Nina Arianda recently won the 2012 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for the most critically acclaimed performance of the 2011-2012 Broadway season as "Vanda" in David Ives' Venus in Fur, a role she originated off-Broadway at Classic Stage Company in 2010. This recognition follows her 2011 nod for her Broadway debut performance as "Billie Dawn" in Born Yesterday, making her the youngest actress to receive back-to-back nominations in Tony Awards history. In addition to her stage work, Nina has appeared on both film and television in Midnight in Paris, Tower Heist, Win Win, Higher Ground, "30 Rock" and "The Good Wife." Nina recently wrapped filming The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby starring Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy.

Cheyenne Jackson is the multi-talented actor, singer and songwriter known for his work on the Broadway stage in "All Shook Up", "Finian's Rainbow" and "Xanadu" and on the screen in "30 Rock", "Glee" , "Curb Your Enthusiam" and the PBS concert special "From Dust to Dreams". He has performed for sold out audiences at Carnegie Hall in "The Power of Two" with Michael Feinstein in 2010 and "Music of the Mad Men Era" with the New York Pops in 2011 as well as clubs and concert halls across the country.

Tickets for New Year's Eve at the Kennedy Center: Cheyenne Jackson...Music of the Mad Men Era start at $55.00 and are available at the Box Office, online at www.kennedycenter.org or by calling (800) 444-1324.

Following the show, there will be a Grand Foyer Party complete with live music, dancing, and a balloon countdown to midnight, free for all Kennedy Center patrons with any December 31 evening performance ticket or Roof Terrace Restaurant receipt from that evening.
