By: Ellen Sterling
The best of the best in Las Vegas this summer!
1: The Utah Shakespeare Festival (http://www.bard.org) in Cedar City and Tuachan (http://www.tuachan.org) in St. George, Utah both offer terrific summer schedules. The Utah Shakespeare Festival is doing several Shakespeare plays and some more modern ones — Les Miserables, Stones In His Pockets, To Kill A Mockingbird, Hamlet, Merry Wives of Windsor, among them.
Tuachan is offering Aladdin, Hairspray and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.2. In Las Vegas, Phantom: The Las Vegas Experience (www.phantomlasvegas.com) is a must-see It is closing September 2 and, if you haven't seen the show in Las Vegas, then you haven't seen it. And the performance of Tony-winner Anthony Crivello is breathtaking.3. Human Nature (http://www.humannaturelive.com) is a must-see show that leaves the audience — literally — cheering for these four guys from Australia who sing Motown like the original singers did. They are terrific!
