Lost Nation Theater presents this comedy made famous by Lily Tomlin, written by Jane Wagner, in a limited two-week engagement. Maura O'Brien plays Trudy, an eccentric sharp-witted homeless woman who explains earth to her alien space chums, while Stoph Scheer plays all other characters, with the two actors portraying 15 different characters between them. Through interconnected stories, the play celebrates the beauty, chaos, and contradictions of humanity, blending uproarious social commentary with poignant emotional sketches. The production is directed by LNT Founding Artistic Director Kim Bent, with costumes by Jessica Della Pepa Clayton, scenery by John Paul Devlin, and lighting and video by Avi Sheehan.
