Nice N' Spiky Comedy at Chelsea Theatre at Chelsea Theatre

We’re marking Live Comedy Day with a very special night of stand up at Chelsea Theatre presented by Nice N’ Spiky Comedy.


Multi award winning comedian Jeff Innocent has reached legendary status among his peers and audiences alike by staying at the top of his game for almost 3 decades.
His unique appeal lies in the contrast between his East End 'geezer’ appearance and demeanour, and his educated, philosophical delivery and culturally relevant subject matter. Always original, he continues to cement his position within the history of British stand up comedians with his regular performances on the UK and world live comedy circuit and has recently acquired a whole new generation of fans, through his online viral video clips. In 2024 Jeff embarked on his debut nationwide tour ‘Smart Casual’ at the age of 68 after having been a regular headliner on the UK comedy circuit for more than 27 years - during this tour he sold out theatres across the country. He is currently in the process of writing his next tour show and his debut special was released in March 2025 on Youtube.

Diesel - A fast-rising talent across live and digital platforms, Diesel has been recognised as a shortlistee for the BBC New Comedy Awards, marking him as one of the UK’s most promising emerging performers. His credits include performances for the Capital XTRA Comedy Club (Capital 1Xtra / Global), alongside tour support slots for leading UK comics such as Mo Gilligan, Babatunde Aléshé, Eddie Kadi, Nabil Abdulrashid and Kae Kurd.

Kate Barron - Winner of many awards including Entertainment Now Edinburgh Fringe Award for Best Debut Show (2022) for Losing Myself, Toronto Comedy Brawl (becoming the first woman to win the competition), Comedy Store King Gong and Brantford Rising Star winner, with additional nominations from the I Heart Jokes Awards and Notable Life Awards. Kate is well known on the UK and Canadian comedy circuits, appearing at major clubs week in week out including The Comedy Store, Top Secret, Frog & Bucket, The Glee to name a few, and her television credits include Comedy Central Live and CTV Comedy.
