Eclectic, noncomformist Provocative Salmo - seven studio albums and three live records - was the first solo rap artist to perform at San Siro Stadium on July 6, 2022. An artist with many facets, Salmo constantly eludes labels. A master of live performances, he combines energy and excitement on stage with extraordinary creativity, offering shows that are always new and futuristic, meticulously crafted in every detail.

After changing the rules of the game, in 2025 Salmo made his return to the music scene with the release of the album "Ranch" (Columbia Records/Sony Music Italy), which has already achieved Platinum status: a comeback with a new aesthetic, featuring only one collaboration and 16 tracks that make up an essential tracklist, all music, all authenticity. Last September, he reaffirmed his role as a leading figure in live music in Italy with the incredible event LEBONSKI PARK, which attracted over 40,000 people to Fiera Milano Live, confirming it as one of the most important musical events of the year. After conquering Italian arenas, his SALMO WORLD TOUR 2025 continued across the main European cities, culminating in a live return to Milan (at the Unipol Forum) in December.

2026 is shaping up to be a year full of exciting new projects. Starting with the album “HELLVISBACK 10 YEARS LATER,” set for release on April 3 through Sony Music Italy: Salmo's new project - which is both a celebration of his cult album from 2016 and a significant turning point in his artistic journey - has been preceded by the singles “10 AD” and “CRACKERS.” On the live front, Salmo is preparing to energize the summer concert season in Italy with his new tour produced by Vivo Concerti, which on July 25 will bring LEBONSKI PARK to his Sardinia, in the unique setting of the Ippodromo di Arzachena (SS), before closing 2026 with 9 dates in Europe scheduled for November.

Polyhedric artist, Salmo has also explored new languages as an actor and music supervisor with "Blocco 181" and "Gangs of Milano – The New Stories of the Block," the Sky Original series where he reprises his role as Snake. In this vein, in November 2024 he published Sottopelle (Mondadori), his first book, a raw and visceral tale offering an unprecedented and unfiltered glimpse into his inner world.

Salmo took his first steps in music at the end of the 1990s, releasing several demos and collaborating with the rap metal band Skasico. The turning point came in 2011 with the release of his debut album, The Island Chainsaw Massacre, followed by Death USB (2012) and Midnite (2013), a Double Platinum album that topped the Italian charts and established him among the leading figures in the rap scene.

In 2014, he co-founded Machete Crew, a collective with which he released the Machete Mixtape, projects that helped redefine Italian rap and launch new talents. In particular, Machete Mixtape vol. 4 (2019) proved to be a sensational success: certified four times Platinum, the album debuted at the top of the FIMI charts and broke numerous records. Featuring collaborations with big names like Fabri Fibra, Marracash, Gue, and new talents like thasup, Lazza, and Massimo Pericolo, the mixtape created a bridge between different generations, confirming Machete as one of the most influential realities in the national urban scene at the time.

In 2016, Salmo released Hellvisback, certified Triple Platinum, while in 2018, Playlist was released, an enormously successful album that dominated the FIMI-GfK charts with record numbers, reaching 7 Platinum discs. After breaking all records on Spotify, Salmo became the first Italian artist to launch a music video exclusively on Netflix and to have a dedicated channel on p*rnhub, where - through an out-of-the-box marketing operation - he presented the release of the new album. The album features hits like 90min, Il cielo nella stanza, and Cabriolet. Following the album, the Playlist Tour in the main Italian arenas sold out completely, with over 220,000 attendees, leading to the Playlist World Tour.
