A brand-new version of the classic children's story by JM Barrie will be written by Olivier award-winning welsh playwright Gary Owen (Killology Sherman and Royal Court) and staged at Storyhouse between 6 Dec - 12 Jan.

Peter Pan is one of the world's most enduring children's stories, it has been performed in theatres since 1911. The production will be brought to audiences by the team behind the city's biggest ever production The Wizard of Oz.

Alex Clifton artistic director, Storyhouse said: 'Peter Pan is a story of childhood and wonder, of imagination and wildness - a story that families have shared for over a hundred years. Our version will be full of heart and a perfect follow on to The Wizard of Oz!'

Tickets are on general sale Monday 4 March from £15 now at storyhouse.com
