Flight, written by Candace Brunette-Debassige, presents the stories of two Indigenous women leaders navigating their roles within a university setting as they aim to transform the academic landscape. Featuring performances by Ange Loft, Cherish Violet Blood, and Jeremy Proulx, this piece highlights the challenges and triumphs faced by these leaders. The show will be part of the Weesageechak Begins to Dance 37 festival, showcasing new works and development in Indigenous art.
