The Tkaronto Open IV is an Indigenous Powwow Dance competition co-presented by Fall For Dance North, Union, and TO Live, with support from The Native Women's Resource Centre of Toronto. The event takes place at Union Station in the lead-up to the main Fall For Dance North Festival.
