Hillsborough Community College’s Visual and Performing Arts Series presents Water Street Dance Milwaukee on February 23 & 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mainstage Theatre at the HCC Ybor City campus. Tickets are $23 General Admission. Free to HCC faculty, staff and students with I.D.
