Seth Rudestky will join the City of Sarasota's Van Wezel Hall to announce the Purple Cow's 2012-2013 Broadway Season on April 2 at 6:00 pm.

Seth is the Broadway host, seven days a week, on SiriusXM Satellite Radio. As a pianist, Seth has played for more than a dozen Broadway shows including RAGTIME, LES MIZ and PHANTOM. He was the Artistic Producer/Music Director for the first five annual Actors Fund Fall Concerts including DREAMGIRLS with Audra McDonald (recorded on Nonesuch Records) and HAIR with Jennifer Hudson (recorded on Ghostlight Records, Grammy Nomination). In 2007 he made his Broadway acting debut playing Sheldon (singing “Magic to Do” in a devastating unitard) in THE RITZ directed by Joe Mantello for The Roundabout Theater. Off-Broadway he wrote andstarred in the critically acclaimed RHAPSODY IN SETH (directed by Peter Flynn) at the Actors Playhouse and hasalso appeared on TV on LAW AND ORDER C.I, ALL MY CHILDREN and various reality shows like the LEGALLYBLONDE reality show and Kathy Griffin's MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST. As an author, he penned the book BROADWAYNIGHTS which was also released as an audio book on audible.com featuring Andrea Martin, Jonathan Groff andKristin Chenoweth, as well as the recently published MY AWESOME/AWFUL POPULARITY PLAN (Random House) which was just recorded as an audio book with Megan Hilty and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. His new reality show will soon be shown on SethTV.com and he's currently starring in DISASTER!, his musical based on a1970's Disaster movies.
