THE BALLAD OF BONNIE AND CLYDE - LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD BEFORE
A Southern Gothic fable told by WD Jones - the mysterious 5th member of Bonnie and Clyde's gang. Presented in alternative drag cabaret style with a Country Rock soundtrack . WD Jones is played by Karma Obskura - founder and facilitator of London's Klub Obskura.
Hookers, stooges, grifters and goons. Punks, sneaks, monks and miscreants. These are the least wanted. Men and women. Elderly and adolescent. Rich and poor – mostly poor.
W.D.Jones was one of the “least wanted”. The boy who ‘couldn’t go home – he got murder on him’ according to Clyde Barrow. But who was W.D.Jones really?
He ran with the Barrow gang, right up until he was captured. But even then, the sheriff kept him a secret. Kept him out of the press. Is it because W.D. revealed too much of the truth behind America’s most notorious outlaws? The little known facts?
W.D. could never escape them. Was he in love with Bonnie? Was he in love with Clyde?
Either way, the murder, and the killing never stopped. And neither did W.D. Until he was eventually captured… and he began to reveal the truth.

A Southern, Gothic fable, featuring emerging cabaret artist Karma Obskura – founder and facilitator of alternative drag shows across London under the banner of KLUB OBSCURA.
