Theatre Now, an artist service organization dedicated to supporting musical theatre writers, continues its Industry Q&A series with an online panel discussion on Exploring Culture Without Exploiting Culture March 8th at 6:30pm.

An esteemed dramaturg and higher education leader who is passionate about teaching will serve as the next dean for The Theatre School at DePaul University. Provost Salma Ghanem announced Martine Kei Green-Rogers, Ph.D. will join the DePaul community on July 1.

Kelly is a professor in the Department of Theatre and Drama, and also holds a concurrent appointment with the Odyssey Project in the Division of Continuing Studies. Mark H. is an assistant professor in the Department of Theatre and Drama.

Westport Country Playhouse will launch CampWCP, a new, in-person, social justice theater camp for 10 middle school students (6th through 8th grade) with playwright José Casas and the Playhouse's Roz and Bud Siegel director of education Jenny Nelson.

City Springs Theatre Company Executive/Artistic Director Brandt Blocker has announced Ms. Jalise Wilson as company manager for the Sandy Springs-based nonprofit arts organization. Ms. Wilson is a proud New Orleans native who relocated to Atlanta in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

University of Michigan undergraduate students in the Department of Theatre & Drama in the School of Music, Theatre & Dance have joined the list of campus groups going on strike.

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the summer intern production, INCOGNITO by Nick Payne, directed by Bay Street's DirectingProducing intern Kellie M. Beck and starring Bay Street Theater's 2019 Acting Apprentices. This production will run as a show directed, produced, designed and acted entirely by the summer intern company at Bay Street Theater. Performances run from August 8 - 10 with twilight performances at 4 pm.  Tickets will be sold as Pay What You Can style directly at the box office.

Ann Arbor -- University of Michigan theatre playwriting organization Blank Space Workshop will present the first staged workshop of their inaugural season this weekend.

The classic hit LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is making its way out of Skid Row and to the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Theatre and Drama, running from July 12 to July 29. A remount will be presented from September 13 to September 23. 

The Stratford Festival presents the world premiere of Bronte: The World Without, Jordi Mand's engrossing new play about the famous literary sisters, Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte. Directed by Vanessa Porteous, and featuring Beryl Bain, Jessica B. Hill and Andrea Rankin, the production begins previews today at the Studio Theatre.
