About the program
Eastern’s Dance Department is led by a faculty of dance professionals whose expertise includes education, performance, choreography, community based arts, multicultural & African studies, dance medicine & science, and multimedia exploratory works. The course work and community environment in the dance program engage students on physical, intellectual, social, and emotional levels anchored in Christian spirituality, which helps to shape a well rounded and grounded dance professional.
