Gladstone Parks Host Competitive Youth Volleyball League

This league is co-sponsored by Gladstone Parks & Recreation Department and the North Kansas City School District. This program offers a competitive atmosphere while continuing to teach good sportsmanship skills.

This co-ed league is for 5th - 8th grade and is based on the 2011 - 2012 school year. Players may register for a higher-grade division but no one will be allowed to play in a lower division. Skill level for this league should be above average and players should be able to serve the ball over the net and receive a serve.

Practices will be held on various week-nights, starting the week of Monday, September 12th , at middle schools in the North Kansas City Schools district. Games will be played on Saturdays, beginning October 1st.

Individual Fee: $75 and includes a uniform T-shirt.

Registration Begins: Monday, July 25th
Registrations Deadline: Friday, August 26th or until the league is full
