He, a scholar who did not want to write their thoughts because he felt that everyone should develop their own, was the author of that ironic that today humanity recognizes its ignorance: I know that I know nothing. Socrates will be judged and condemned by his countrymen after having denounced corruption in Athens and have warned about the superstitious and manipulative role of the official religion. Accused of despising gods and corrupting the youth, he refused to flee, as he proposed his disciples, when he was sentenced to eat a cup of hemlock. And he finished his death has become one of the most famous in history.
