Lowcountry Legends features 2X Grammy Award-winning artist Quiana Parlor in a celebration of Charleston's rich musical heritage. Audiences can expect a powerful lineup of performances, including renditions of "God Bless the Child," "Amazing Grace," and selections from Porgy and Bess. The evening will also showcase a premiere from composer and jazz saxophonist Kevin Patton, along with works by influential African American composers such as Florence Price and Scott Joplin. This special concert promises a deep dive into the sounds of Gospel, Blues, Gullah Geechee, and African Dance.
