Neil deGrasse Tyson to 'Go to the Movies' at Morris PAC; Tickets on Sale Next Month

Join Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson for an evening of "An Astrophysicist Goes to the Movies" at the Morris Performing Arts Center, South Bend, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 7:30 p.m.

From "Star Wars" to "Frozen" to "The Martian", an entertaining and enlightening review of all the science that our favorite movies got wrong, combined with some of the stuff they got right. Incorporates the latest films as well as some classics that you may not have known had any science in them at all.

Dr. Tyson is an award-winning astrophysicist, host of Star Talk Radio and TV Show, Nova Science Now on PBS, and FOX's Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, the 21st century continuation of Carl Sagan's landmark TV Series. He is a New York Times best-selling author of 10 books and frequent guest on The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. He is the recipient of 19 honorary doctorates and the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal, the highest award given by NASA to non-government citizens.
