THE AZISHE! FESTIVAL Hoping to Set Ablaze the Artscape Theatre

Jazzart Dance Theatre hopes to set the stage of the Artscape Theatre ablaze when THE AZISHE! FESTIVAL runs in February 2016.

Now in its seventh year, THE AZISHE! FESTIVAL continues the tradition of growing influential and innovative dancers and dance-makers by providing a professional performance platform for dance companies and outreach groups to present their work on one stage. Translated from isiZulu, "azishe" means "let it burn", a name is inspired by the energy, passion and hunger to succeed that its young participants have brought to the stage since 1999.

THE AZISHE! FESTIVAL runs from 25 - 27 February 2016, with tickets costing R60. There are concessions for students and block bookings (R40) and scholars (R30). Bookings are through Computicket. For more information, follow Jazzart on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
