Hart was known for his work with George S. Kaufman. Together they produced popular comedies such as You Can't Take it With You and The Man Who Came to Dinner. Hart also wrote the books of musicals by Irving Berlin and Cole Porter. The Shubert Organization is America's oldest professional theatre company and the largest theatre owner on the Broadway.
