Steven Pasquale attended Bishop McDevitt High School in Pennsylvania and studied theatre for one semester at Southern Methodist University before moving to New York to pursue acting. Early in his stage career, he originated the role of Fabrizio in the Seattle production of The Light in the Piazza and appeared as Sheriff Joe Sutter in The Spitfire Grill. In 1998, he starred as Chris in the national tour of Miss Saigon.
