The Jewish Museum and the Film Society of Lincoln Center will present the 22nd annual New York Jewish Film Festival at the Film Society's Walter Reade Theater, Jan. 9-24, 2013. The festival's 45 features and shorts from 9 countries - 23 screening in their world, U.S. or New York premieres - provide a diverse global perspective on the Jewish experience. Many film screenings will be followed by filmmakers and special guests in onstage discussions.

Audiences are following the yellow brick road over the rainbow to see Danielle Hope, winner of BBC TV's Over the Rainbow, play Dorothy at The London Palladium, the capital's home of the family musical. This Saturday, 16th July, Hope will appear on BBC1?s Tonight's the Night at 7.10pm, where she'll help one young fan realise her ambition of singing ‘Over The Rainbow', as they perform together on the show.

Arguably the biggest blockbuster stage musical of this fresh century, WICKED has returned to Orange County for an almost month-long engagement at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts through April 3. The stage musical -- a consistent box-office hit since its Broadway debut seven years ago -- has ballooned into a worldwide phenomenon. Musical Theatre West in Long Beach offers a lively, entertaining, Broadway-caliber revival through February 27 at the Carpenter Center for the Performing Arts.
