Previews begin Sunday, May 1, at 7:30pm for Theatre for a New Audience's production of August Strindberg's The Father in a new version by Scottish author David Greig commissioned by Theatre for a New Audience and Tuesday, May 10, at 7:30pm for A Doll's House in an adaptation by Thornton Wilder not seen in New York since its Broadway premiere in 1937.  The plays, both directed by Arin Arbus, Associate Artistic Director of Theatre for a New Audience, feature Maggie Lacey as Nora in A Doll's House and as Laura in The Father and John Douglas Thompson as Thorwald in A Doll's House and the Captain in The Father.

Target Margin Theater presents The ICEMAN Lab, a radical new reimaging of The Iceman Cometh, with four diverse theater artists each tackling a separate act of the play. This fresh take on O'Neill's classic will give audiences the opportunity to see each act as a separate experiment or all together in a single sitting. The four acts of The ICEMAN Lab will play a varied schedule at the HERE Arts Center (145 6th Avenue) from June 2 through June 25, with special marathon performances on June 11 and June 18.

On the heels of their critically acclaimed world premiere of Luna Gale, playwright Rebecca Gilman and Artistic Director Robert Falls again join forces for her newest drama, Soups, Stews, and Casseroles: 1976. Change is coming to a small Wisconsin town when a corporation acquires a local cheese manufacturer, which employs the majority of the town's working class citizens. For the Durst family, the merger presents newfound opportunity-and a moral dilemma. The Chicago premiere, which marks the play's second production following its 2014 world premiere at The Repertory of St. Louis, features Cliff Chamberlain as longtime factory employee Kim Durst; Cora Vander Broek as his wife Kat; Lindsay Stock as their daughter, Kelly. Rounding out the cast are Ty Olwin (Kyle), Angela Reed (Elaine) and Ann Whitney (JoAnne). The creative team includes Kevin Depinet (set), Richard Woodbury (sound), Jenny Mannis (costumes) and Jesse Klug (lights). Kimberly Osgood is the production stage manager. Soups, Stews, and Casseroles: 1976 appears May 21 - June 19 in the Owen Theatre (opening night is Monday, May 31). A classic drama by America's only Nobel Prize-winning playwright continues the 2015-2016 ESL Wilson Stage Series as Geva Theatre Center presents A Moon for the Misbegotten by Eugene O'Neill and directed by Ben Barnes in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from March 29 through April 24.

Walnut Street Theatre's 2015-2016 Independence Studio on 3 season continues with one of Eugene O'Neill's greatest dramatic works, A Moon for the Misbegotten. Philadelphia audiences will be the first to see this production before it becomes the sixth national tour of a Walnut Street Theatre production. Directed by Kate Galvin, the production begins previews in Philadelphia on January 12th, opens January 14th and continues through February 7th.
