Two heavyweight superstars of the electronic dance music scene, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have signed a long-term deal with Epic Amsterdam, the international label of Sony Music Entertainment Netherlands, and will be releasing their newest single later this month.

The show, which has amassed a cult following and a dedicated set of fans, was a popular production, produced world-wide and throughout the country at various times since its 1998 off-Broadway premiere.

German-born-NYC-raised comedian, actor and writer Lucie Pohl will bring her newly re-worked first critically acclaimed show Hi, Hitler to The Cherry Lane Theatre tonight, July 13, through July 30, 2017.

Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival presents AteNine in the Doris Duke Theatre, July 26-30. California Shakespeare Theater continues its 43rd Season with the West Coast premiere of black odyssey, a thrilling and music-infused new play that mashes up Greek mythology and African-American folklore. black odyssey marks the Cal Shakes debut of Oakland native Marcus Gardley (The House That Will Not Stand at Berkeley Rep), and is only the second production ever of the play, which is being re-set in Oakland for Cal Shakes. Directed by Cal Shakes Artistic Director Eric Ting, fresh from directing Berkeley Rep's smash hit An Octoroon, the production will also feature vocal compositions by Linda Tillery and Molly Holm.

This special gift was presented as a surprise to Van Kaplan, accompanied by the 2017 CLOE Award, in honor of his 20th Anniversary as Executive Producer of the organization. The folks who gave you Manhattan Monologue Slam are going national with The National Monologue Slam, the latest creation from the minds of Philip and Robert Galinsky.  The brothers have been serving the acting community since 2003 with their groundbreaking monthly competition The Manhattan Monologue Slam, an opportunity for emerging actors to perform for industry professionals each and every month by providing a panel of judges consisting of agents, casting directors, producers and the like, offering valuable advice and critiques of the performers.   The Galinsky brothers have worked with actors that have gone on to such films as 2012, August Rush, Righteous Kill among others, and television shows including "Orange Is The New Black," "The Good Wife," "Nurse Jackie," "Law & Order," "Late Night with Conan O'Brian," among others.

In a new production commissioned by the Finborough Theatre and continuing their rediscovery of James Bridie, one of the West End's most successful dramatists of the 1930s and 1940s, the first London production since its 1950 premiere of Mr Gillie runs at the Finborough Theatre, playing Sunday and Monday evenings and Tuesday matinees from Sunday, 25 June 2017 (Press Night: Monday, 26 June 2017 at 7.30pm).
