The Garden of Dreams Foundation announced today that nine children from the Foundation will experience a once-in-a-life opportunity to perform their talents on stage as the opening acts for the finale performance of KIDZ BOP Live 2018 at the Beacon Theatre on Sunday, November 4, 2018.

Elaine Crombie (Black Comedy), Nicholas Denton (Wild) Kamil Ellis (Nowhere Boys), Tahlee Fereday (Fallen), Tony Nikolakopoulos (Wentworth) and Calen Tassone (Red Dog), star in the world premiere of Astroman, Albert Belz's irresistibly funny and heart-warming love letter to the `80s.

Directed by Christopher Annino, 'Silent Times' is a Roaring-Twenties escapade set in a small New England town. The story centers on Oliver Henry III (played by Geoff Blanchette), a small-time crook turned vaudeville theater owner. From humble beginnings in England, he immigrates to America in search of happiness and fast cash. He becomes acquainted with people from all walks of life, from burlesque performers, mimes, hobos to classy flapper girls. As his fortunes rise his life spins out of control. Much of the storyline is a reflection on current social issues that burden our society today.

The production runs October 17 - 28, 2018 at New Perspectives Studio, 458 West 37th Street with performances Today through Saturday at 7:30pm and Sundays at 3:00pm.

EgoPo Classic Theater announces their 2018-19 Season: Theater of South Africa, celebrating great dramatic works of South Africa and highlighting the remarkable transformation from apartheid to democracy. The season will begin with a South African version of Eugene O'Neill's Desire Under the Elms, as created and performed by Abrahamse and Meyer Productions from Cape Town, South Africa, in partnership with Drexel University's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design and their Performing Arts Department. EgoPo's mainstage season launches with A Human Being Died That Night, a gripping account of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission by psychologist Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela; followed by Three Sisters Two by Reza de Wet, a Chekhov sequel confronting the fall of privileged class; and concluding with two plays in rotation repertory: "Master Harold"…and the Boys by Athol Fugard and Egoli by Matsemela Manaka (co-produced with Theatre in the X), shining a light on two vastly different experiences under apartheid.

NBC Sports will present a combined 21 regular-season and postseason games as part of the network's comprehensive coverage of the upcoming 2018 NFL season. Coverage begins with NFL Kickoff 2018 one week from today, as the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles begin their title defense against the Atlanta Falcons from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa.
