'Orange is the New Black' star and Broadway vet Lori Tan Chinn received a warm welcome at the Cort Theatre last night from the cast of the Broadway revival of David Henry Hwang's Tony Award -winning play, M. Butterfly.

The Waterville Opera House (WOH) is proud to present an adventurous musical tale Annie the Musical December 1st through 10th in downtown Waterville. Featuring a local cast of more than 35 performers, the throwback to the bright Broadway Musical production will certainly take the whole family on a rich adventure this holiday season. The Theatre Group at SBCC will continue the 16/17 season with the hilarious farce, A FLEA IN HER EAR, a new version of Georges Feydeau's farce by David Ives, Directed by R. Michael Gros, March 1-18, 2017 in the Garvin Theatre.

Ravenscroft, an English drawing room murder mystery and a comedy, opens at the Morris Museum's Bickford Theatre on Thursday, January 26, and runs through Sunday, February 12. Directed by Bickford Theatre Producing Artistic Director Eric Hafen, Ravenscroft is a production of the Morris Museum and Drew University. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast below!

Maui OnStage presents the Maui premiere of the 2008 Tony Award-winning revival 'Boeing, Boeing' by Marc Camoletti, translated by Beverly Cross and revised by Francis Evans. This swinging '60s French farce features Parisian lothario, Bernard, who has Italian, American, and German fiancees, each beautiful airline hostesses with frequent layovers. When unforeseen schedule changes land all three in his Paris apartment on the same night, Berthe, his long-suffering maid, advises Robert, a visiting college buddy, to 'Drink up, it's going to be a bumpy night.'

Celebrating classic plays and the new works they inspire, Resonance Ensemble is proud to open its 11th season this weekend at the Theatre at St. Clements, with CYRANO DE BERGERAC and the world premiere of BURNING in rep. I had never heard of the romantic comedy PERFECT TIMING by Kristi Kane before enjoying it so much at Theatre 40 in Beverly Hills - and with good reason as this is only the second production of the play. This wild and often bordering on farce production is perfectly marvelous and brilliantly cast, directed with great style and panache by Bruce Gray who took over the reins just two weeks prior to opening. Add in the perfectly glamorous and homespun costumes by Michele Young and you have a perfect production that will keep you laughing throughout its quick two hour run time.

DOUBLE DOOR debuted on Broadway in 1933, with a subsequent play by Elizabeth McFadden, debuting on Broadway in 1945. This later version is currently being presented at Theatre 40 in Beverly Hills as the second production of their 2015-2016 season. And I advise you not to miss it as you will be kept on the edge of your seat throughout the show!

Kentwood Players presents Don Nigro's comedic murder mystery "RAVENSCROFT" from September 11 to October 17, 2015, with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm at the Westchester Playhouse, located at 8301 Hindry Avenue in Westchester, CA 90045. In this stylish, witty mystery-thriller, a detective investigates a murder at an English country estate inhabited by five intriguing women and finds that he is caught in a web of deceit and lies. He learns that everyone is a suspect; everyone has a motive! The mystery unfolds with comical twists and turns until the unpredictable ending reveals all.
