I don't think my goal is to be a performer, rather more of a person who makes theater happen. Whether that is being an actor, a designer, a director, a patron, a donor, a supporter, an observer, or the executive director of a theater company, that's completely up to fate, really. All I want is to be a part of the progression of this art.

Produced by members of Berkeley Rep's Teen Council, the 2017 festival features two world premiere plays written by high school students-Leap by Chloe Xtina, a senior at Oakland School of the Arts, and directed by Fiona Deane-Grundman, a junior at Campolindo High School, and Grapefruit Girls by Penelope Gould, a junior at Oakland School of the Arts, and directed by Claire Talbott, a senior at Lowell High School.
