The hit Chicago musical set against the backdrop of the Chicago Cubs 2016 championship season, MIRACLE, is announcing its final weeks, closing on Sunday, September 29. In its successful five month run, the musical was seen by over 30,000 people including Chicago Cubs players David Ross, Willson Contreras, Kerry Wood, Ryan Dempster and Ryne Sandberg, as well as numerous local celebrities including Jim Belushi, Allison Victoria of HGTV, Wayne Messmer, Tom Ricketts, Tom Dreesen and many more who lauded the production. Harry Hadden-Paton, Carmen Cusack, Tony Yazbeck Will Lead FLYING OVER SUNSET At Lincoln Center Theater

Lincoln Center Theater, under the direction of André Bishop, has announced it will produce a new musical during its 2019-2020 season. FLYING OVER SUNSET, with a book and direction by James Lapine, music by Tom Kitt, and lyrics by Michael Korie, will feature choreography by Michelle Dorrance, and will begin previews March 12, 2020 and open on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street). Carmen Cusack, Harry Hadden-Paton and Tony Yazbeck will head the cast with additional casting to be announced at a later date.

In honor of the 108 years it took the Chicago Cubs to win the World Series, MIRACLE, the hit Chicago musical set against the backdrop of the Chicago Cubs 2016 championship season, is thrilled to celebrate its 108th performance on Friday, August 30th with a special event at the Royal George Theatre (1641 N. Halsted) beginning at 7:15 p.m. The scheduled performance of the production will follow at 8 p.m.
