Internationally-acclaimed songstress KAREN MASON, who recently starred as the zany Queen of Hearts in 'Wonderland' at the Marquis Theatre, returns to Broadway on Tuesday, July 19th with a 7pm show at Iridium (1650 Broadway, at 51st Street).

First reported exclusively by BroadwayWorld.com on Tuesday, the producers of the new musical BONNIE & CLYDE have announced that the show as the first new musical to open this fall on Broadway. It will play at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street), beginning previews on Friday, November 4th and opening on Thursday, December 1st. The American Theatre Wing announced today that the recipients of the 2011 Jonathan Larson® Grants are Danny Larsen (Composer/Co-Lyricist) & Michelle Elliott (Bookwriter/Co-Lyricist), Cloaked; Marisa Michelson (Composer) & Joshua H. Cohen (Bookwriter/Lyricist), Tamar and the River; and Andy Monroe (Composer), Jack Lechner (Lyricist) & Michael Zam (Bookwriter), The Kid. The prestigious grants, totaling $10,000, will be presented on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at a private event in New York City. The event will feature special performances of the recipients' work.
