WONDERLAND's Karen Mason Plays Davenport's Piano Bar, 2/9 - 2/14
Wonderland's "Queen of Hearts" Karen Mason will play Chicago's Davenport's Piano Bar, February 9 through February 14.
Davenport's is located at 1383 N Milwaukee Avenue. Show times are at 8pm ( 7pm for the Sunday, February 13th performance). There is a $35 cover charge/2 drink minimum. Reservations are recommended by calling 773-278-1830 or online at www.davenportspianobar.com.
On Broadway, Mason has appeared in Hairspray, Mamma Mia! (Drama Desk nom), Sunset Boulevard (NY, LA), Jerome Robbins' Broadway, Torch Song Trilogy. Off-Broadway credits include Kander and Ebb's And the World Goes Round, Carnival (Drama Desk nom), Karen Mason Sings Broadway, Beatles and Brian. Regionally, she has appeared in Wonderland (David A.Straz PAC,The Alley-Houston), White Christmas (St. Louis Muni Opera, world premiere), Side by Side. (Coconut Grove Playhouse), Gypsy (Sundance Theatre). She has received 10 MACs, 3 Bistros, 1 Nightlife Award. CDs include Right Here, Right Now (MAC 2009 CD of the Year), Sweetest of Nights, When The Sun Comes Out, Better Days (1998 Emmy Award), Not So Simply Broadway, Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!. On television, she has appeared on L&O, L&O SVU.
