Programming for American Ballet Theatre's 2015 Fall season at the David H. Koch Theater was announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie. Highlighting the season will be the New York City Premiere of a new work by Mark Morris and the Company Premieres of Frederick Ashton's Monotones I and II, George Balanchine's Valse-Fantaisie and AfterEffect by Marcelo Gomes. The 2015 Fall season at the David H. Koch Theater, October 21 through November 1, marks the conclusion of ABT's 75th Anniversary celebration.

HAPPY50ish!, the mid-life crisis musical comedy will have its Off-Broadway premiere beginning Wednesday, July 15 at The Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street) on Theatre Row. Created by Lynn Shore, Mark Vogel and David Burnham, and directed and choreographed by Paul Stancato, HAPPY 50ish! opens Sunday, July 26. Previews run from July 15 through July 25 and the show will play a limited engagement through August 30. Broadway legend Joel Grey (CABARET, WICKED) and Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein (FINDING NEVERLAND) were honored last night at this year's Fred and Adele Astaire Awards. The gala evening CELEBRATED the 2015 season's outstanding dance and choreography on Broadway and film. Winners included Leanne Cope for Best Female Dancer, Robert Fairchild and Tony Yazbeck (tie) for Best Male Dancer and Christopher Wheeldon and Joshua Bergasse (tie) for Best Choreography.

NEW YORK, NY — Tonight, May 21, 2015 at 7:30pm, violinist and artistic director Gil Morgenstern's acclaimed Reflections Series International will present its final concert of the 2014-2015 season, “Nature's Bounty,” at Avenues: The World School (259 Tenth Ave.). The program will feature Morgenstern with violinist Harumi Rhodes, violist Kathryn Lockwood, cellist Astrid Schween, and percussionist Yousif Sheronick, performing music and text inspired by composers' personal encounters with both natural and man-made landscapes; immortalizing them through works of unparalleled beauty and drama.
