The Miss America Organization and ABC announced today that Chris Harrison and Brooke Burke-Charvet will return to host THE 2013 MISS AMERICA COMPETITION which will be telecast live from the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on SATURDAY, JANUARY 12, 2013 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Vineyard Theatre will celebrate its 30th anniversary season with a host of special events, in addition to its mainstage productions. These events include developmental readings and workshops, and one-night-only readings of acclaimed productions from the company's history.

Anthony Crivello was back in New York after a six-year run in the title role of Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular. He went backstage to visit with Audra McDonald after seeing her perform in Porgy and Bess. McDonald performed with Crivello in Broadway's production of Marie Christine in 1999. David Gonski, Chairman of Sydney Theatre Company, today announced that Andrew Upton has been appointed Artistic Director of Sydney Theatre Company commencing 1 January 2013. For the past five years, Andrew Upton has been Co Artistic Director of the Company with Cate Blanchett. The duo's final program - for 2013 - will be announced on 6 September this year.

Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music returns to Arts Centre Melbourne, State Theatre for three performances, tonight 20 & Saturday 21 July, 2012 7:30pm and a family friendly Matinee on Saturday 21 July at 1pm. The effervescent Chelsea Plumley returns to hosting duties to guide the audience through an interactive experience and tribute to the very unique film The Sound of Music.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that NCM Fathom Events has postponed the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat events on Monday, March 26 and Wednesday, April 4. Donny Osmond has been placed on vocal rest by his doctors and is unable to perform for the planned live event. Fathom Events will evaluate when to reschedule the event once Donny has recovered.
