Producer Antonio R. Marion announced today that Tony nominee and Olivier Award-winner Daniel Evans will direct the Broadway-Bound epic new original stage play, Sherlock Holmes, by British writing team of Rachel Wagstaff and Duncan Abel. The project was originally announced in late 2014.

The Old Globe welcomes the Arena Stage production of Pulitzer Prize winner Lawrence Wright's thrilling new play CAMP DAVID, directed by Arena Stage's artistic director, Molly Smith. The West Coast premiere of CAMP DAVID will play May 13 - June 19, 2016 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. It later toured across the UK and Scotland with the Globe before receiving its US Premiere at the GAMM Theatre in Pawtucket, Rhode Island in 2013, and MTC is thrilled to have its West Coast Premiere opening on its mainstage April 19.

Dark & Stormy Productions today announces the producers, venue, and partners for its upcoming production of Extremities by William Mastrosimone. Previously, Dark & Stormy has presented Outside Providence by Edward Allan Baker, Speed-the-Plow by David Mamet, The Receptionist by Adam Bock, The Drunken City by Adam Bock, and The Hothouse by Harold Pinter. Extremities will be the first production of Dark & Stormy's 2015 season.

Shakespeare & Company presented the first full American production of Red Velvet, written by Lolita Chakrabarti, directed by Daniela Varon, and starring OBIE Award-winning actor John Douglas Thompson last night and Broadwayworld's Stephen Sorokoff was there.
