Ma-Yi Theater Company has revealed programming for the fall 2023 season including the world premiere of SUMO, by Lisa Sanaye Dring, directed by Ralph B. Peña, in a co-production with La Jolla Playhouse.

The show also debuted the brand new soundtrack for the series featuring previously unreleased song, “The Queens” by Paola Iezzi who, together with Paolo Camilli, Chiara Francini and Drag Queen Priscilla make up the judging panel for this season. The song was written by Paola Iezzi and Johannes Willinder.

Olivia Rodrigo announced 18 new dates on her highly anticipated 2024 GUTS world tour. Produced by Live Nation, the colossal global tour will now include third and fourth shows in New York, London and Los Angeles, as well as second shows in Chicago, Montreal, Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris, San Francisco and more, bringing the tour to 75 dates.

A new survey of acclaimed artist Charles Gaines opens at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami (ICA Miami) this November, tracing the evolution of the second half of his influential practice. Charles Gaines: 1992–2023 brings together for the first time more than 65 works from 1992 to the present day including two monumental works, one of which the artist is recreating for the first time in nearly two decades.
