Coming in May, City Theatre Austin proudly presents the critically-acclaimed stage drama All My Sons, Arthur Miller's masterpiece about one man search for the American dream - and the ultimate destruction in his pursuit. This gripping portrait of a life and family won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award and Antoinette Perry Award when it first opened in 1947 and, with its relevance, is still being produced in theatres today. It plays May 11 - June 3 and is directed by City Theatre guest director Tracy Arnold.

The Art Of The Score To Return With New York Premiere Of AMADEUS: LIVE

The Art of the Score, exploring some of the most distinctive uses of music in film, will return for its fifth season with Amadeus: Live, the New York Premiere screening of Amadeus with the Mozart-centered score performed live to the complete film. Conducted by Richard Kaufman in his Philharmonic debut and featuring Musica Sacra, directed by Kent Tritle, Amadeus: Live will take place Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, April 13 at 11:00 a.m.; Saturday, April l4 at 7:30 p.m.; and Tuesday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. On April 11 actor Alec Baldwin - Philharmonic Board Member and Artistic Advisor of The Art of the Score - and special guest F. Murray Abraham - who won an Academy Award for his portrayal of Salieri - will introduce the film.

Palo Alto Players Announces 2018-19 Season

Palo Alto Players, the Peninsula's first theatre company, announces its 88th season - featuring four Peninsula premieres and a re-imagined classic. The 2018-19 line-up, beginning September 2018, was unveiled Sunday, January 28 by Artistic Director Patrick Klein at the company's annual Season Announcement Party and includes Disney's TARZAN®, ALL THE WAY, SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, FLOWER DRUM SONG, and ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS.
