Dead Writers Theatre Collective opens their season with Oscar Wilde's four-act comedy of morals "Lady Windermere's Fan," directed by Dead Writers Artistic Director Jim Schneider at Stage 773 located at 1225 W. Headlining the season is Carmen: An Afro-Cuban Jazz Musical, set in the waning days of Batista's regime in Cuba, written and directed by Tony® Award-nominee Moises Kaufman (The Laramie Project Cycle) with music from two-time Grammy Award-winner Arturo O'Farrill. Previously on an annual calendar, the 78thseason standardizes the schedule, running September 2015 through August 2016.

The Old Globe today announced that Broadway veteran David Turner (On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, Arcadia, Sunday in the Park with George) will star in Jonathan Tolins's (The Twilight of the Golds) acclaimed Off Broadway hit Buyer & Cellar, directed by Ron Lagomarsino (The Last Night of Ballyhoo, My Favorite Year, 'Homefront,' 'Ravenswood').

An epic tale of friendship set against the backdrop of the sweeping American West, Abundance will be directed by TACT Co-Artistic Director Jenn Thompson, who directed last season's production of William Inge's Natural Affection. Performances begin at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Avenues) tonight, February 17, 2015.

Ralph Watson, Nick Waring and Patience Tomlinson lead the cast of the The Heart of Things by Giles Cole, which premieres at Jermyn Street Theatre this Spring. The production runs from March 10 to April 4 as part of the theatre's twenty-first anniversary year.

Cygnet Theatre has announced a Season 13 lineup featuring seven productions sure to take audiences on a rollicking theatrical journey.
