The eighth annual Are You Dense? MusicFest headlined by Las Vegas-based Elvis impersonator, Justin Shandor, is taking place at the Palace Theater in Waterbury on Saturday, Jun. 18. Doors open at 6 p.m. with a silent auction, raffle and music by The Sounds of Leo, and the show begins at 7:15 p.m. Proceeds from the event benefit Are You Dense Inc., a global organization founded by Woodbury resident Dr. Nancy M. Cappello to educate the public about the impact of dense breast tissue on missed, delayed and later stage breast cancer and to increase survival in the fight against breast cancer. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased online at www.palacetheaterct.org, by phone 203.346.2000 or at the Palace Theater Box Office, 100 East Main Street, Waterbury.
