With Ellis Island still recovering from the devastating damage of Hurricane Sandy and despite a storm that whipped through New York Harbor with hail and winds that toppled trees, the 27th National Ethnic Coalition of Organization's annual Medal of Honor Gala went off with military precision on historic island thanks to the efforts of NECO Chairman Nasser J.
