Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Musical Theatre Guild, the winner of the Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle Margaret Harford Award for sustained excellence in the theatre, will open their 2015-2016 season with the Los Angeles premiere of the 2011 Broadway musical BONNIE AND CLYDE. The one-night-only concert will take place at Glendale's historic Alex Theatre, (currently celebrating its 90th Anniversary), on Sunday, September 20th at 7:00 PM. At the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival FROM A YARDIE TO A YANKEE played to SOLD OUT houses, received overwhelmingly enthusiastic reviews and critical acclaim, and won author and solo performer Sardia Robinson the Fringe's 'Innovative Women in Theatre' Award. FROM A YARDIE TO A YANKEE will be performed Off-Broadway in October along New York's Theatre Row.

Broadway stars Adam Kantor and Betsy Wolfe, who co-starred in of the acclaimed Off-Broadway revival of THE LAST FIVE YEARS, revisit Jason Robert Brown's score in a cabaret version of the hit musical on October 9 and 10, 2015 at 8 p.m. at The Cabaret at the Columbia Club in Indianapolis.

Mary Gatchell Set for Performance at Leddy Center October 2

Performing in concert at Leddy Center in Epping, Friday, Oct. 2, at 7:30pm, Epping, NH native, Mary Gatchell, is a dynamic singer, pianist, and composer living in New York City.  With four albums to her credit and music video, Shining Star, she has delighted audiences with her velvety voice and alluring charm with a refreshing unique style all her own in legendary clubs such as the Blue Note, Birdland, Bitter End, CBGB's, Knitting Factory, Boston House of Blues, Ryles, and many more. She sang three concerts with the Rolling Stones on their 50th anniversary tour in Brooklyn's Barclays Center and Newark's Prudential Center. Mary studied voice, piano, and oboe at NYU, graduating Magna cum Laude, with a degree in theory and composition.

The musical tells the story of a marine about to head to Vietnam for the war that saw an estimated 1.5 million casualties. Birdlace (Tiziano D'Affuso), and his fellow marines Boland (Harrison Smith) and Bernstein (David Landstrom) are on leave in San Francisco when they plan a party, like the soldiers before them, called 'The Dogfight.' All the soldiers put money in a pot and compete by bringing the ugliest girl and dancing with her at the party.

Epic Theatre Company begins its 2015 - 2016 "Back to Basics" Season with a world premiere satire-These Ruthless Bitches, inspired by The Women by Clare Boothe Luce.  These Ruthless Bitches takes the story of high-class society ladies backstabbing and betraying each other over brunch and sets it in a women's prison where the claws are sharper and the battles are bloodier, but all with class and sophistication, of course.

The Casting Society of America (CSA) has revealed its first-round nominees for the 31st Annual Artios Awards across the theater, television, web series and short film categories. This year, the Television Animation category has been divided into two categories: Television Animation-Adult and Television Animation-Children. All winners will be announced at the 31st Annual Artios Awards at the height of awards season on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
