The new Broadway production of D.L. Coburn's Pulitzer Prize-winning classic, The Gin Game, starring Tony Award winners James Earl Jones and Cicely Tyson, begins previews tonight, September 23. Opening night will be on Wednesday, October 14 at the Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue).

The Old Globe opens its 2015-2016 Season with IN YOUR ARMS, a World Premiere dance-theatre musical featuring direction and choreography by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies, Godspell, Lincoln Center Theater's The King and I and South Pacific) and original music by Tony Award winner Stephen Flaherty (Ragtime, Once on This Island; two-time Oscar nominee for Anastasia). The production, originally scheduled to start previews on September 18, will start previews on Wednesday, September 23.

The Irish Repertory Theatre (Charlotte Moore, Artistic Director, and Ciaran O'Reilly, Producing Director) announces that the critically-acclaimed revival of Conor McPherson's THE WEIR, directed by Ciaran O'Reilly, will be extended through Sunday, September 6th, 2015 at the DR2 Theatre, located at 103 East 15th Street in Union Square (the Irish Rep's temporary home during renovation of its home base in Chelsea).
