The National Tour of Come Fly Away is currently wowing audiences in Toronto, and BWW was invited to attend a special dance class that the cast participate in to keep them in shape for the show. We are thrilled to bring you photos from the event that allow a brief glimpse into what these dancers go through in order to be able to stay at the top of their game and perform in such a physically demanding show every night.

Come Fly Away opened in Toronto on Thursday August 18th and BWW was on hand to capture exclusive photos of the event. The show features many of the dancers who were part of the Broadway company, and was a feast for the eyes and ears. We are thrilled to bring you coverage of the live performance as well as before and after shots featuring Dancap President Aubrey Dan and some of the finalists from So You Think You Can Dance Canada.

Come Fly Away had its opening night in Toronto on Thursday August 18th, and audiences have fallen in love with the beautiful and unique show. Toronto is the only Canadian stop on the new National Tour, and BWW was able to sit down and speak with one of the few Canadian cast members about what the experience has been like so far, and about bringing the show home to Canadian soil.

The Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC), 2011 IT Award Nominee for last season's The Human Comedy, announces their 11th Season featuring Ashlin Halfnight's A Hard Wall at High Speed and the musical The Secret Garden. Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys with Reuben Cannon & Nelle Nugent previously announced the Broadway premiere of STICK FLY, the critically-acclaimed American play by Lydia R. Shining Stars!, a gala event to benefit the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation has announced that 'Smokey Joe's Café' stars Brenda Braxton, Felicia Finley, Ramona Keller & Deb Lyons will reunite to perform one of the great Leiber & Stoller hits from the smash musical at the star studded gala.

The producers of the Tony Award® winning LA CAGE AUX FOLLES have announced that Palm Beach's favorite son George Hamilton will star in the new production that will run next year at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The show was one of the Great White Way's biggest hit in 2010 and is coming here as part of the 2011-2012 Kravis On Broadway series.
