To expand the reach of its 20th anniversary celebration nationwide and engage more audiences outside Chicago, The Dance COLEctive (TDC), under the direction of award-winning choreographer, performer and teacher Margi Cole, has announced it will stream the closing night performance of its upcoming concert program "Revelry/20 Years" live with multiple cameras Sunday, March 20 at 7 p.m. free via its website, dancecolective.com. TDC opened this concert program, which features two premieres, works by current and former company members and reconstructed repertory by alumni and special guests, live March 11-13 and continues performances March 18-20 at 7 p.m. at Links Hall at Constellation, 3111 N. Western Ave., Chicago.

Ingmar Bergman's NORA -- an adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's classic drama A DOLL'S HOUSE -- will be given its English-language New York debut Off-Broadway this fall when Austin Pendleton directs the production at Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce St.), with previews set to begin November 14 prior to an official press opening November 22. The five-week production runs through December 12. NORA is produced by Cherry Lane Theatre in association with La Femme Theatre Productions.

Karen Carpenter, a producer, director and teacher, a theater-maker for more than 30 years, has been appointed the interim Artistic Director of the William Inge Center for the Arts and the 34th Annual William Inge Theatre Festival. The Inge Festival is the Official Theater Festival of the State of Kansas, hosted on the campus of Independence Community College, which houses the William Inge archives.
