Authors Robert and Isabel Phillips live a 10 minute drive from Aberdeen harbor. They both enjoy the boats going out into the North Sea each day. One late evening, they noticed a seagull sound asleep on the deck of a boat heading out to sea. They often thought of this seagull and hoped it would come home safely. This seagull became their inspiration in writing 'Tammy the Seagull: His Magical Adventure in the North East of Scotland' (published by AuthorHouse UK).
