It's almost Halloween, and if you're still looking for a spooky good time, let us make some suggestions. From ghosts and man-eating plants to telekinetic teens and angry mobs, there's a lot out there for the Houston theatre-goer to find ... if you dare.

The Greenwich Theatre announces its Autumn 2016 season! Beginning with the How Small How Far Production of Garden, the company will present and produce two dozen productions in the coming autumn months. Details for each production are below. The Martha Hill Dance Fund is pleased to announce The 2016 Martha Hill Awards Gala, which will take place Monday November 21, 6 to 10 PM, at the Manhattan Penthouse in New York City. 

Following the recent success of their MST3K Reunion Show, Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett take on the spooky 1962 cult classic Carnival of Souls with their unique commentary. “RiffTrax Live: Carnival of Souls,” will be broadcast live to select movie theaters across the country on Thursday, October 27

An all-new THEATER TALK looks at a major cast change for a hit Broadway musical plus a new illustrated history of Black performers and shows on Broadway.  This week's episode boasts a cast of famous names that includes actors Taye Diggs and Rebecca Naomi Jones - the new leads in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway - in addition to producer Stewart Lane, author of the new book Black Broadway, accompanied by director Kenny Leon and performer Melba Moore, all with rich Broadway histories.

Bilston Operatic Company returns to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre from 10 - 14 November with the feel-good Broadway and West End musical HAIRSPRAY.

The Public Theater announced additional casting today for the 2015 Free Shakespeare in the Park season, beginning Wednesday, May 27 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. This summer will feature Shakespeare's late romances with THE TEMPEST, directed by Tony Award nominee Michael Greif, and CYMBELINE, directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan. Jesse Tyler Ferguson will return to the Park this summer as Trinculo in THE TEMPEST, along with Hamish Linklater and Lily Rabe teaming up again with Daniel Sullivan on CYMBELINE to play Posthumus Leonatus/Cloten and Imogen, respectively.
