???????With a classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, two popular Disney titles, a classic play, and a regional premiere of a contemporary Broadway hit, The Media Theatre's 2017-18 season has something for everyone. Subscriptions are now on sale. The season was announced by Jesse Cline, Artistic Director.

David Mirvish, Michael Harrison, John Reid and Paul Elliott are delighted to present the Canadian premiere of the new British musical MRS HENDERSON PRESENTS, based on the smash-hit film.  Performances begin Wednesday March 15 through April 23 at Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre.  Media night is Wed March 22, 2017

 Musical Theatre West presents Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical masterpiece Carousel March 24 - April 9 at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach.  Voted 'the greatest musical of the twentieth century' by TIME magazine, Carousel explores the timeless message of message of love, hope, forgiveness, and redemption.  

March is the month for Beauty and the Beast fans to rejoice!  On Friday, March 17, the long awaited live-action film opens and Susan Egan, Broadway's original Tony-nominated 'Belle' takes the stage in a one-night-only concert event 'The Real Housewife of Broadway' at the Beverly O'Neill Theater at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. 

Lerner and Loewe's classic Broadway musical My Fair Lady - based on George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion - opens tomorrow night at The Larry Keeton Theatre in Donelson, featuring Erica Patterson (and her understudy Ashley Wolfe, who takes on the iconic role for three performances) as Eliza Doolittle, surrounded by a bevy of Nashville's finest leading men, including Cavender Lane, Elliott Winston Robinson, Chris Cavin, Austin Jeffrey Smith and George Hardimon IV.

A spectacular new production of Disney's The Little Mermaid kicks off at The Broward Center for the Performing Arts on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 for a limited two week run. Featuring the critically acclaimed work of Director Glenn Casale, this beloved tale of a young mermaid's coming-of-age adventure is told like never before. Previously announced casting includes Diana Huey as Ariel and Matthew Kacergis as Prince Eric, with Broadway's Jennifer Allen as Ursula and Steven Blanchard as King Triton. Melvin Abston, Connor Russell and Jamie Torcellini join the cast as Sebastian, Flounder and Scuttle. 

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced new casting for the national tour of Sam Mendes (Spectre, American Beauty) and Rob Marshall's (Into the Woods and Chicago, the films) Tony Award-winning production of CABARET.

The McCallum Theatre presents Bernadette Peters, with Musical Director Marvin Laird, on Saturday, February 4, at 8:00pm. Tony Award-winning actress Bernadette Peters dazzles audiences and critics with her performances on stage and television, in concert and in movies, and on recordings. Bernadette currently stars in Amazon Prime's Golden Globe nominated series, "Mozart in the Jungle." Recent stage credits include City Center's Encores! Production A Bed A Chair: A New York Love Affair. Prior to that, she starred on Broadway in the Stephen Sondheim/James Goldman production of Follies, following a successful run at the Kennedy Center. She also starred opposite Elaine Stritch in A Little Night Music.

The nationally regarded Fulton Theatre is excited to continue its record breaking season with Irving Berlin's classic musical comedy, Annie Get Your Gun.   Prepare to be dazzled as Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West Show returns to the Fulton Theatre after 100 years and the theatre is transformed into a big top, surrounding the audience with all the action.

A mix of one-night concerts, new Broadway musicals and classic favorites will be on the menu when the Croswell Opera House in Adrian, Michigan, reopens in May after several months of being closed for renovations. The Croswell, which opened in 1866, is the oldest theater in Michigan.

In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 32 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2017 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. Showtunes Theatre Company has announced their highly anticipaeted holiday concert musical LEAP OF FAITH. The talented cast of local musical theatre professionals will 'rise up' gospel-style for two performances at Benaroya Hall on December 3 at 8pm and December 4 at 2pm. Louis Hobson, who performed in the original Broadway cast, will star as Jonas. Matt Giles directs with Nathan Young working as the music director.
