The Charleston Gaillard Center announced its largest season ever for the 2023–2024 programming year with more than 40 shows spanning dance, music, theater, comedy, arts festivals, and family programming from leading local, national, and international artists and organizations.

Sarasota Opera has announced the lineup for the 2023 Summer Classic Movies at the Opera House. The Classic Movies at the Opera House series featuring many beloved movies will open on Friday, May 12th at 7:30 pm with 2001: A Space Odyssey. Throughout the summer and into the fall, featured movies will include films ranging from the 1930's to the 1990's. Tickets will be $12 and will go on sale starting on Wednesday, May 3. Legendary singer-songwriter and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee John Fogerty has announced two UK dates for his 2023 tour, The Celebration Tour, where he will once again be joined by his sons Shane and Tyler and their band, Hearty Har. Fogerty is set to perform at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, UK on May 25.

The show is an official SXSW event. This will mark Tangerine Dream’s first North American concert since 2013, when they appeared in New York City to celebrate the launch of ‘Grand Theft Auto V’. With music composed by Tangerine Dream, the title is the third most successful video game of all time with 175+ million units sold.

The Magic Theatre has extended the World Premiere of Luis Alfaro’s The Travelers. Directed by Catherine Castellanos, The Travelers will now perform thru Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Magic Theatre’s Fort Mason location.
