Chappo’s latest effort, Life In The Pond reunites him with faces from his past – including Poli Palmer as co-writer/producer and guest guitar from Geoff Whitehorn, while connecting the dots between his early influences and taking the pulse of modern life.

On June 25th, Horizons Quartet, will release their self-titled debut on PM Records. Co-founded by up saxophonist Dan Wilkins and pianist James Collins, the quartet's youngest members, and anchored by a pair of their jazz heroes, drummer Byron Landham and bassist Gene Perla, Horizons Quartet is the consummate endorsement of multigenerational collaboration.

PS CLASSICS has announced the release of All the Girls – the new album from Rebecca Luker and Sally Wilfert – on CD online and in stores today, Friday, March 5. It was released in digital and streaming formats in December. The album marks the final recording by Ms. Luker, a Broadway luminary for over 30 years, who passed away late last year.

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center has announced their Spring season of digital offerings from April 1 to July 1, which is dedicated to the late Gustave M. Hauser.  CMS presents 28 digital programs, with concerts premiering on Thursday evenings at 7:30 and educational and hybrid talk-and-performance programs premiering on Monday evenings.

BroadwayWorld recently caught up with Hoyle by phone from his home in Inverness, California.
