Huntington Theatre Company announces the launch of seven additional titles to its series of short audio plays entitled Dream Boston. Four plays were announced in July, and the next seven will be released over subsequent weeks this fall. They are available on the Huntington's website, as well as on Apple, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Stitcher.

Bad Robot Chairman & CEO J.J. Abrams and co-CEO Katie McGrath, along with AT&T President & Chief Operating Officer, and CEO WarnerMedia John Stankey, today announced that WarnerMedia and Bad Robot have formed a strategic relationship to create original projects for television, theatrical motion pictures, games and digital platforms. The wide-ranging agreement commences immediately and initially runs through 2024; per company practice, financial terms were not disclosed.

The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) and Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA) announced today that Disney will assume full operational control of Hulu, effective immediately, in return for Disney and Comcast entering into a “put/call” agreement regarding NBCUniversal's 33% ownership interest in Hulu. Under the put/call agreement, as early as January 2024, Comcast can require Disney to buy NBCUniversal's interest in Hulu and Disney can require NBCUniversal to sell that interest to Disney for its fair market value at that future time. Hulu's fair market value will be assessed by independent experts but Disney has guaranteed a sale price for Comcast that represents a minimum total equity value of Hulu at that time of $27.5 billion.
